N.B. Please bring your own yoga mat as we cannot provide them.

What you’ll experience: 

  • Guided meditation to settle the mind, awaken presence, and create space for introspection 
  • Slow, soulful yoga flow to gently release tension, open the body, and invite ease and alignment 
  • Intentional breathwork to steady the nervous system and deepen awareness of body and mind 
  • A deeply restorative sound bath, infused with Celtic textures, tones, and rhythms, guiding you into profound rest and reflection 

Whether you are seeking stillness, a gentle reset, or a magical connection to something timeless, this session offers a nurturing, grounded journey that leaves you restored, inspired, and connected to your inner wisdom. 

What to wear & bring

You will need to bring your own yoga mat as we cannot provide those.

Comfort is essential. . . bring whatever you need to be warm, cosy & snug, here are some suggestions:

  • Comfy clothes, bring layers
  • Yoga Mat
  • Warm Blanket
  • Pillow/Eye Mask
  • Water
