Each week, Fiona will address a concern of an individual or give a talk on a topic to help us all grow stronger.

‘Therapy on the Couch’ was born when Fiona’s second book was published.  It started off as a series of six live sessions on Instagram and developed into a weekly ritual with thousands of views each week.  This is the next step for Fiona: with a constantly booked-out clinic, a long waiting list  and having reached capacity, Fiona wants to help as many people as she can regardless of their income to experience her life-changing and unique therapy method.
