I hope you are keeping well. Thank you so much if you emailed me last week, I always love to hear from you. We all need to be there for each other as much as we can especially during this difficult period.

One of my clients this week pointed out that there is a palpable feeling of resignation in the air at the moment with many feeling, understandably, fed up. 

Apathy is a quiet but serious threat to our mental health.

This week's video continues the theme of motivation and how to stay upbeat in uncertain times - find your power, keep your spirits up and learn to live each day just as it is and not as we wish it could be.
