Dear *|FNAME|*
Welcome to week two of a series of six in the Dare to Love Yourself Challenge.
I have two questions for you this week:
1. Do you dare to know yourself?
2. Do you dare to see the goodness in yourself?
It is important to be clear - self-love has nothing to do with self-pity. In the first question when I ask do you dare to know yourself what I truly mean is, do you dare to be honest with yourself, to be accountable for the times when you are more concerned with being right than kind? The ego likes to be justified and we can tell ourselves all sorts of stories to make us feel better. The real question is do they really help? For example, if you are annoyed with someone and refuse to look at the situation from their perspective, even for a moment, you are not loving to yourself or indeed them!
In this week's video, I guide you through the daily promise technique one of the most essential aspects of the book. I also encourage you to get to know yourself better and to identify what the triggers are that cause you anxiety or stress.
Thanks to all of you who joined me on Instagram on Wednesday evening and also those who watched and commented after. I love the live element and having the opportunity to connect with you more directly. It is truly magic. If you are on Instagram - be sure to follow me as I will be doing these live each Wednesday at 8.15 pm for 20 minutes or so. You can email me directly or comment on my Instagram with any questions regarding the book and I'll be delighted to answer them.
Another way to create a community is to suggest 'The Self-Love Habit' for your book club and, if my schedule allows, I could drop in for a Q&A.
If you haven't bought a copy of the book yet or want to get one as a gift for a friend you can do so at Eason, or Book Depository - both offer free postage. The book is also available on Audible.
Lots of love & self-love,
Fiona. xxx

"I used to have days with very negative emotions especially some mornings. I just completed the programme and haven't had negative emotions for 5 weeks now. Really great the way this reprogrammes your subconscious mind! Thank you Fiona!."

Testimonials like this drive me to reach and help as many people as I can. I developed this life-changing course in 2016 and the volume of people who registered and completed the course was never so high as during the lockdown. It was incredible to be able to help so many people and I don't want that to end. Not now, not ever.
I have really noticed in my clinical work that, NOW more than at the start of the COVID-19 crisis, people are struggling to stay motivated and positive.
This uncertainty and changes we all face is causing an epidemic of anxiety but I am determined to help as many people as I can to not just to survive but to flourish in an uncertain world.
In order to do this, I also need your help.
Please donate if you can - to help us cover the running costs.
And
Share Your Subscription on Social Media when you register - your voice is hugely important to help your friends and family to also benefit from the course.
*The course is FREE with the option to donate. Its duration is 8 weeks but there is an option to extend if needed.
I am really proud of all the work we are doing so please do help us to help others.
