About Dr. Sabrina Brennan
Dr Sabina Brennan is a neuroscientist, chartered health psychologist and internationally recognised science communicator specialising in brain health, cognitive performance and wellbeing. Her work focuses on translating neuroscience into practical strategies that help people optimise brain function, manage stress and maintain long-term cognitive health.
She previously led a dementia research programme at Trinity College Dublin and has reached global audiences through her books, media appearances and public talks. Dr Brennan is the author of several bestselling books including 100 Days to a Younger Brain, Beating Brain Fog and The Neuroscience of Manifesting.
Sabina is a passionate advocate for brain health and a voice for the needs of individuals with neurological conditions. She represents Ireland on the Scientific and Medical Advisory Panel for Alzheimer’s Disease International and volunteers on several committees and advisory boards. She has advised the Irish Government & the All Party Parliamentary Group on Longevity in the UK on brain health, dementia risk reduction and healthy ageing.
Through her work she empowers individuals with science-based tools to strengthen mental wellbeing, improve brain health and build greater emotional resilience in everyday life.
Manifesting is not wishful thinking or “thinking things into existence,” but a set of brain processes that influence attention, behaviour, and outcomes over time.
“You can’t magically make things happen. You can’t defy physics — but you can change your reality and your future through conscious action.”
Manifesting is the brain’s ability to focus attention, reinforce helpful thought patterns, and drive behaviours that turn intention into reality.
For Dr Sabina Brennan, manifesting is not magic—it’s the result of how your brain directs attention, shapes beliefs, and drives consistent action toward meaningful goals.
She approaches “manifesting” in a grounded, science-based way. Rather than presenting it as wishful thinking or “thinking things into existence,” she frames it as a set of brain processes that influence attention, behaviour, and outcomes over time.
In this interactive webinar you will learn how:
- The brain filters reality – when you set a clear intention, your brain becomes more likely to notice opportunities, resources, and connections related to that goal
- Thoughts influence brain wiring (neuroplasticity) – repeated thoughts and mental focus can strengthen certain neural pathways
- Emotion and motivation drive action – manifesting is not passive—it depends on emotionally engaging the brain’s motivation systems
- Attention + action = outcomes – the brain essentially helps “steer” behaviour in the direction of your goals
- Resilience is built through this process – rather than avoiding difficulty, the brain learns to tolerate uncertainty, reframe challenges, keep moving forward
