A list.
A mindset.

But at its deepest level, gratitude is actually something we experience when we become present enough to notice life as it is. This is why gratitude and mindfulness are intrinsically linked. Because without presence, gratitude remains conceptual. And without awareness, we move past the very things that nourish us.

The Heart of Gratitude is about returning gratitude from the mind to the body,  from performance to presence.

In this interactive webinar, Fiona will break down gratitude into three core components 

PART ONE — THE SCIENCE OF GRATITUDE

  • Why gratitude changes the brain, body, and nervous system

PART TWO — THE PSYCHOLOGY OF GRATITUDE

  • How gratitude shapes perception, relationships, and emotional life 
  • I will also be looking at the shadow side: toxic gratitude and how many of us get gratitude wrong! 

PART THREE — THE EMBODIED EXPERIENCE OF GRATITUDE

  • Moving gratitude from the mind into lived experience

The session will end with a powerful bonus hypnotherapy on the heart of gratitude.
