Welcome to Your

Sleep Well Quiz!

In connection with the publication of Fiona Brennan's new book, 'Sleep Well - Eight Habits to Help You Get to Sleep, Stay Asleep & Wake Up Refreshed', please take this quiz.

It takes circa two minutes to complete and will help guide you to a lifetime of sleeping well.

No matter what level your sleep currently is, it can always be optimised.

When you transform your sleep, you transform your life.

Simply answer 'Yes' or 'No' and go with the most honest and immediate answer that comes to you. This quiz is private and designed to help YOU understand your relationship with sleep on a deeper level.

To help you answer the questions, use the last four weeks as an average to evaluate your sleep.

Please note that when you complete the quiz you will be subscribed to The Positive Habit Weekly Newsletter.
