It takes circa two minutes to complete and will help guide you to a lifetime of sleeping well.

No matter what level your sleep currently is, it can always be optimised.

Simply answer 'Yes' or 'No' and go with the most honest and immediate answer that comes to you. This quiz is private and designed to help YOU understand your relationship with sleep on a deeper level.

To help you answer the questions, use the last four weeks as an average to evaluate your sleep.
