Learn to live & Embody Gratitude.
This is not just another day in your life.
The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, a moment that invites us to pause, take in the light, and recognise what is already present and alive within us.
Testimonials
Set in the quiet beauty of Bellinter House, this one-day retreat is designed to explore gratitude beyond the surface, not as something to perform or force, but as something you can actually feel and live.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
- what gratitude truly is – tools to truly appreciate your life
- how “toxic gratitude” can keep us disconnected from what’s real
- how to embody gratitude in a way that includes your full human experience
There will be time to move, to rest, to reflect, and to connect — with yourself and with others walking a similar path.
Through The Positive Habit yoga with Fiona, you’ll be invited to arrive gently into your body, noticing breath, sensation, and movement, reconnecting with a simple, often overlooked gratitude for the body that carries you through life. Fiona’s unique approach to yoga synchronises affirmations, breath and movement.
Through meditation, you’ll have space to slow down and become present to what’s here — not reaching for anything, just noticing, allowing gratitude to arise naturally from awareness, rather than effort.
Through a soundbath with Ciaran, you’ll be held in a deeply restorative space where the mind can soften, and the nervous system can settle, creating the conditions where a quieter, more felt sense of gratitude can emerge.
Through workshops you will uncover powerful insights and learn practical tools to take home with you to help you live and embody gratitude.
Through time in nature, you’ll reconnect with something steady and grounding, a reminder that not everything needs to be controlled or achieved, and that there is support in simply being part of something larger.
And through shared space, you’ll experience the subtle but powerful effect of being alongside others, where reflection, connection, and being witnessed can deepen your awareness of what’s already present in your life.
You will be taken care of on the day with tea and coffee provided plus a nourishing lunch is included.
You will have time to enjoy the stunning surrounds of this beautiful hotel, it is the longest day of the year after all!
