Spring’s Gentle Embrace is a restful meditation soundbath designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and sleep. Through gentle sound, silence, and guided awareness, you’ll be invited to release the day and settle into the quiet unfolding of the season.

If you can’t make the live session, don’t worry – playback and audio streaming will available until April 6th to help you unwind before bed. 

What to wear

Using headphones/earbuds can make a big difference to sound quality. If you are listening with someone else then consider using a bluetooth speaker.

Comfort is essential. . . bring whatever you need to be warm, cosy & snug, here are some suggestions:

  • Comfy clothes, bring layers
  • Yoga Mat
  • Warm Blanket
  • Pillow/Eye Mask
  • Water

  • ladies in their 1st trimester of pregnancy
  • those who use pacemakers
  • those with sound induced epilepsy
