Together, we’ll gently guide you through:

  • Calming breathwork with Fiona & Ciaran 
  • A short teaching on Letting Go, inspired by the words of Thich Nhat Hanh: “If you can’t touch happiness now, when can you be happy?” Using nature as our greatest teacher as the autumn leaves let go, you too can choose something to release and clear. 
  • A relaxing soundbath from Ciaran, a practice now recognised for its ability to slow the brain waves, balance the nervous system, and invite the body into profound rest and repair.
  • A sleeptime meditation from Fiona & Ciaran 

You’ll finish the evening feeling grounded and calm, your mind quiet, and your sleep that night deep and sound. The next morning, expect to wake clear, focused, and recharged.
