Set in the quiet beauty of Bellinter House, this one-day retreat is designed to explore gratitude beyond the surface, not as something to perform or force, but as something you can actually feel and live.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
- what gratitude truly is – tools to truly appreciate your life
- how “toxic gratitude” can keep us disconnected from what’s real
- how to embody gratitude in a way that includes your full human experience
There will be time to move, to rest, to reflect, and to connect — with yourself and with others walking a similar path.
A nourishing lunch is included, along with space to enjoy the grounds or simply pause.
