Understanding loss and learning to live with grief.

This is a topic close to Fiona’s heart, having experienced two major bereavements in the last eighteen months and one she truly wants to help as many people as possible with.

In this interactive webinar, we will explore:

  • What happens to us when we experience loss?
  • What grief is, really.
  • Why it can feel so overwhelming.
  • Why people experiencing the same loss grieve differently.
  • The idea of  “normal” grief.
  • Why there is no right way to grieve.
  • Why grief feels so physical.
  • What ambigious loss is and why is it important.
  • The very real experience of antipatory grief.
  • What should we say and not say when someone we love is grieving?
  • When does grief become something more complicated?
  • Can grief and joy coexist?
  • How do we continue our relationship with someone who has died?
  • What does healing actually mean?
