Your Innate Capacity to Heal, the 4 Types of Rest & How to Speak Your Truth
Most of us know him as ‘Bressie’ and the guy from ‘The Voice’.
Whatever you choose to call him, I can confidently say that Niall/Bressie is one of the most genuine and insightful individuals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Not only was he gracious enough to write the foreword for my second book, The Self-Love Habit, but he consistently goes above and beyond to support others. His unwavering dedication to creating meaningful change on a collective level is both inspiring and deeply impactful.
Niall firmly believes that societal structures play a significant role in the severe mental health challenges many people face in Ireland today.
In this one-hour interactive webinar, I’ll explore Niall’s perspectives on several profound topics, including:
What does emotional resilience mean to him?
Emotional resilience is often described as the ability to adapt and thrive despite challenges, setbacks, or adversity. But what does it truly mean on a personal level? In this discussion, Niall will share his unique perspective on resilience: how it’s cultivated, the role of self-awareness and vulnerability, and why it’s more about connection than individual grit. He will explore how emotional resilience not only helps us weather life’s storms but also enriches our capacity for joy, connection, and fulfillment.
How do we tap into our innate ability to heal?
Healing, whether emotional, mental, or physical, is a natural process deeply rooted in our human essence. Niall will discuss how we can access this intrinsic ability by aligning with practices that foster self-compassion, mindfulness, and intentional living. He’ll delve into the barriers that often prevent healing—such as societal stigma, unresolved trauma, and a lack of support—and share practical steps for reconnecting with our inner wisdom and strength.
What are the four types of rest, and why are they essential?
Rest isn’t just about sleep; it’s multifaceted and vital for overall well-being. Niall will explore the concept of the four types of rest—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—and why addressing all of them is crucial for living a balanced and fulfilling life. He’ll highlight how neglecting these areas can lead to burnout and overwhelm, and share actionable strategies for incorporating restorative practices into daily life.
What does it mean to seek and live in truth?
In a world often clouded by misinformation, external pressures, and societal expectations, seeking truth can feel like a radical act. Niall will unpack what it means to live authentically and align with one’s core values. This conversation will touch on the courage required to question norms, the importance of self-inquiry, and the freedom that comes from embracing one’s personal truth even when it challenges the status quo.
How can we effectively speak our truth?
Speaking our truth involves more than just honesty; it’s about communicating with integrity, courage, and compassion. Niall will share insights on how to articulate our authentic selves in ways that foster connection and understanding. He’ll address common fears around being vulnerable or misunderstood and provide guidance on how to balance assertiveness with empathy. This discussion will empower participants to express themselves confidently while honouring the perspectives of others.
