Building on from the Level One Training in 2023 Fiona is leading a deeper exploration into the practice of radical self-compassion.

    • Explore the role of cognitive restructuring in building a positive and self-affirming internal dialogue.

    • Integrate practices that promote a sense of safety and warmth within oneself.

  • Understanding and Transforming the Inner Critic:

    • Investigate the origins and functions of the inner critic.

    • Use Kristin Neff’s insights to develop strategies for transforming self-critical thoughts into self-compassionate ones.

    • Incorporate mindfulness techniques to create distance from the inner critic and foster a more balanced perspective.

  • Self-Compassion in Action:

    • Explore practical applications of self-compassion in daily life, relationships, and work.

    • Discuss how self-compassion can contribute to personal growth and resilience.

    • Integrate real-life scenarios and case studies to illustrate the transformative power of radical self-compassion.

  • Cultural and Global Perspectives on Compassion:

    • Examine the teachings of the Dalai Lama on compassion and their relevance to individual and collective well-being.
