The Positive Habit Weekly Blog – 24th February, 2020 – Who is in Your Positive Tribe?

One of the many things I love about my work is that I am constantly meeting new people. With my clients, I have the privilege of listening to their inner lives, their worlds and doing my best to make that space peaceful. With my colleagues, I have the opportunity to make new friends with like-minded people and to collaborate to help more people.

Speaking of collaboration, ‘This is Me’ is an event that I along with Psychotherapist, Siobhan Murray, Psychologist, Allison Keating and RTE’s Taragh Loughrey-Grant are holding in Dublin. More info and details are below and I would really love to see you there on the evening.  This event will be sure to sell out fast!

This week I would like you to consider who is in your ‘positive tribe’. Energy is contagious and the people you spend your time with have a huge impact on your emotional well-being.  In my book, I refer to people who open your heart as ‘radiators,’ and those who close it, as drains! This may seem harsh, but remember, your energy is precious and you need to spend as much time as possible with people who energise you rather than those who exhaust you.

Sending love and light as always,

Fiona

Three of Ireland’s leading Therapists and best-selling authors, Siobhan Murray, Fiona Brennan and Allison Keating

Siobhan, Fiona and Allison work at the heart of Ireland’s mental health – each day helping clients in their booked-out clinics and group workshops to transform anxiety and stress into calmness and confidence.

‘This is Me’ debunks the myth that you need to change who you are in order to become happier, calmer and more confident. Your unconditioned self is already all of these things and more.

All three of us believe in helping people to develop a compassionate based resilience to deal with the real challenges of life.

Grounded in positive psychology and mindfulness, you will learn practical tools to help you to feel comfortable being vulnerable and proud of your true self.

This unique event is YOUR opportunity to put your questions to the expert panel.
