Fiona Brennan
Fiona is CEO of The Positive Habit, a two times best-selling author, an inspirational speaker and an acclaimed Clinical Hypnotherapist with a constantly booked-out private clinic. She is a regular contributor on Newstalk’s ‘Alive & Kicking’ show (Ireland) and appears regularly in the mainstream media where she is an ambassador for positive thinking and wellbeing. She also runs therapeutic retreats and events, as well as online webinars and has several online courses available.
Fiona is a TEDx and key note speaker. She regularly delivers workshops on a range of areas from stress and anxiety to building confidence and public speaking to many multinational companies, charities, and other organizations. These have included the Chartered Institute of Accountants, Home Instead, the National College of Ireland, Bank of Ireland, Sanofi, Astra Zeneca, Clayton Hotels, the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management & DCU.
Fiona’s latest book on sleep will be published in April 2024 and is sure to become a best-seller. It is entitled ‘Sleep Well, 8 Habits to Help You Get to Sleep, Stay Asleep & Wake Up Refreshed’ and is based on the latest sleep science.

Ciaran Hyde
Ciaran is the Co-Director of The Positive Habit and offers one-to-one positive mindset coaching to clients to enable them to transform negative thoughts into positive actions.
He has completed Eckhart Tolle’s ‘Teacher of Presence’ training and holds a Professional Certificate in the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness from the Institute of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. Other trainings include the Mindfulness Stress Reduction Course (MBSR, Jon Kabat-Zinn) and online trainings with Tara Brach and Jack Cornfield in mindfulness. He has also been coached by Fiona Brennan in the range of therapeutic techniques she deploys. Ciaran has an honours degree in history from the University of Aberdeen.
Ciaran has previously held a number of positions within the local government sector. He also worked in a voluntary capacity with St Vincent de Paul for three years which gave him a particular insight into the psychology of disadvantage and allowed him to develop his listening skills in a compassionate and non-judgemental way.
Ciaran has been meditating and practising mindfulness for more than ten years and has led both sitting and walking meditations on our retreats. He transmutes a calm and present awareness to every client.
Dr. Robert Kelly
Dr. Kelly is a Consultant Cardiologist & Lifestyle Medicine Physician, Author, Public Speaker and Health Coach. He believes that we can all live long healthy and happy lives by looking after ourselves. Having practised as a Cardiologist for over 20 years he continues to encounter two main groups of patients: those with concerns about getting heart disease and those who already have it. In both situations a comprehensive assessment includes both cardiology and lifestyle risks.
He has trained and worked in Cardiology all over the world in the USA, UK and Europe. He has published over 50 papers in peer reviewed journals, presented at international meetings and is the recipient of several distinguished awards, prizes and grants for his work in Cardiology.
Dr Kelly is the Lead Clinical Representative for Ireland at the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization. He is a member of the American College Of Lifestyle Medicine.
Sile Nolan
Sine is a qualified Yin & Vinyasa Yoga instructor in the Yoga Hub studio Blackrock, Co. Dublin. She is a masseuse, a Reiki practitioner, a trail-runner and a psychotherapy student. She is a very talented sound bath practioner and Fiona has enjoyed many of her sound sessions.
