Her therapeutic approach integrates CBT, EMDR, and sex coaching techniques to help clients overcome barriers to intimacy, heal past trauma, and achieve what she describes as “optimal sexual wellbeing.”

intimacy, desire, communication and creating relationships that thrive.

Join me and leading psychosexual therapist Audrey Casey for an honest conversation about love, intimacy, desire, communication and creating relationships that thrive.

In this interactive webinar, we will explore:

  • Love isn’t the same as desire: how can we deeply love someone and still struggle to want sex with them?
  • What if low desire isn’t actually the problem? What if it’s your body trying to tell you something?
  • What happens when you’ve spent years associating sexuality with validation, attention, being wanted, or feeling chosen rather than with your own pleasure?
  • Why do so many women secretly feel relieved when sex is taken off the table and what might that relief be trying to tell us?
  • Can trying harder to fix your sex life actually make things worse? Let’s talk about the pressure trap and why more effort isn’t always the answer.
  • Why does emotional safety matter so much when it comes to attraction and desire?
  • How do you reconnect with your sexual self after children, menopause, illness, grief, burnout, or major life changes when you don’t even feel like the same person anymore?
  • What if you’re single and feeling disconnected from your sexuality? How do you rebuild confidence, sensuality, pleasure, and connection with yourself without needing a partner to unlock it?
  • Instead of chasing desire, what if we focused on creating the conditions where desire has a chance to emerge naturally? What actually helps people feel more connected, alive, playful, and available for intimacy?
