More about Dr. Mark Rowe
Dr. Mark Rowe has been a practising family physician for over 25 years.
He is a founder & practicing doctor at the RoweCreavin Medical Practice & ‘BeWell Clinic.’
In 2009 Mark founded the Waterford Health Park, by sensitively restoring the Presentation Convent (a protected structure originally designed by the gothic revivalist architect Pugin, of Big Ben fame)
It espouses Marks core values towards primary healthcare provision – a building that inspires & supports positive community health initiatives in addition to an internal environment that creates a ‘generative space.’ This includes an internal healing garden & layout that ‘normalises’ the health experience. This was recognised internationally in 2013 in receiving the global health improvement award – ‘A Place to Flourish’ award in Chicago.
Mark’s passion for well-being has led to his being appointed an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the RCSI School of Medicine & Health Sciences.

Notable engagements to date have included Smurfit Executive Leadership Program, the American House of Representatives, the Japanese and British Societies of Lifestyle Medicine, as well as a number of Fortune 500 companies.
Mark is among the first medical professionals globally to be certified as a Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine, advocating lifestyle change as the best medicine for lasting wellbeing.

Fiona Brennan, CEO of The Positive Habit, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Best-Selling Author, Inspirational Speaker.
Fiona is an acclaimed Clinical Hypnotherapist with a constantly booked-out private clinic in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. She is a two-times best-selling author, the mental health expert on Today FM (Ireland), a TEDx speaker and appears regularly in the mainstream media where she is an ambassador for positive thinking and wellbeing.
Fiona has just completed further post-graduate training with the Royal College of Surgeons studying for the Professional Diploma in Positive Health in their internationally recognized Positive Psychology Department. To date, Fiona has trained in positive neuroplasticity with the eminent neuropsychologist, Dr Rick Hanson, who has a Higher Diploma in Theatre & Performance from UCD and a Higher Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis awarded by Clinical Hypnosis Ireland. The award-winning 'Beaches Restaurant' is designed to retain a sense of traditional opulence with a fresh, almost Gallery-Esque approach – the home for some favourites from the Hotel’s famous art collection. Executive Chef, Eugene Callaghan, believes in sourcing the most refined natural foods found in abundance in Wexford, providing exquisite dishes on his menus. He works closing with Head Gardener, Deirdre, on providing different seasonal varieties of vegetables.

Learn to reframe your past experiences for growth and new perspectives.
View stress, not as a threat to be thwarted or a symbol of superior capacity, but as something to be embraced rather than eradicated.

Appreciate that small positive changes, consistently applied over time can lead to big results.
Learn the ARC method to help you deal with challenges in life (Accept, Release and Compassion).
Don’t automatically believe your negative thoughts – question them!

Conclude this session with a motivational
