Saturday, June 6th, 8.00–9.00 am online on Zoom. Cost €20.

A hatha flow class with intention setting and a guided positive visualisation for savasana at the end. 

It brings together:

    • 14+ years of professional therapeutic experience
    • Deep understanding of human behaviour and emotional patterns
    • The science of positive neuroplasticity
    • Subconscious reprogramming techniques
    • And the grounding practice of yoga, breath and presence

This is not just a yoga class.

    It’s a fusion of yogic philosophy into a guided process that helps you release stress, shift self-doubt, and build a more confident, resilient way of being.

    As you move, breathe and focus you are gently training your mind to let go of what no longer serves you and strengthen what does.

    Playback will remain available until the end of the month for you to use as often as you want to.

    Important Info

    Please note:

    • I will offer alterations for some poses/movements
    • If a pose or movement creates pain or severe discomfort then do not persevere and move out of the pose and try the suggested alteration
    • If you have any injuries or conditions be aware of how they might impact on your ability to hold certain poses
