Building on her success, in 2016 Fiona launched her first online, five-star rated, hypnotherapy program, ‘The Positive Habit,’ which now helps people from all over the world. Her first book (2019) is the Irish Times and Eason’s bestseller, ‘The Positive Habit,’ published by Ireland’s leading non-fiction publisher, Gill Books. Her most recent book, ‘The Self-Love Habit,’ was published in February 2021 and hit the best-seller list straight away. Her latest online hypnotherapy course, ‘Light Up Your World’ is taken directly from her clinical work and is a truly transformational programme based on cutting-edge and up-to-date research in the areas of hypnosis, positive psychology, lifestyle medicine, neuroscience, and mindfulness. Fiona’s latest upcoming book on sleep will be published in April 2024 and is sure to become a best-seller. It is entitled ‘Sleep Well, 8 Habits to Help You Get to Sleep, Stay Asleep & Wake Up Refreshed’ and is based on the latest sleep science.

Qualifications
Fiona completed post-graduate training with the Royal College of Surgeons studying for the Professional Diploma in Positive Health incorporating Life Style Medicine in their internationally recognized Positive Psychology Department. Fiona has previously trained in positive neuroplasticity with the eminent neuropsychologist, Dr Rick Hanson. Fiona has a Higher Diploma in Theatre & Performance from UCD and a Higher Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis awarded by Clinical Hypnosis Ireland. She has studied Positive Psychology at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds a Professional Certificate in the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness from the Institute of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy.
